Lamberts – Performance Complete Gainer Whey Protein Fine Oats Vanilla Flavour 1816g

Complete Gainer of Lamberts is a specially designed sports nutrition product which contains a combination of high quality and purity whey protein (Whey Concentrate) and complex carbohydrates. Each 100 gr of the formula provide:
– An impressive amount of pure protein 34 gr
– More than 7 gr of branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S).
The three branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA`S = leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the basic building block to form the third of the total muscle protein of the organism. Besides the important structural role of the main source of coverage of the energy needs of muscles, as catabolized only in muscle tissue.
– 54gr complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates contribute to the absorption of proteins and increase the bioavailability (and thus contribute to the synthesis of muscle tissue), and to restore the levels of glycogen in the body.
– Adding olive oil (very high source of essential omega-9 fatty acids) ensures the gradual release of energy from protein and carbohydrates of Complete Gainer.

Complete Gainer:
• can be used as a meal replacement or between main meals, either fully replenishing a main meal.
• can be used after fitness programs to increase muscle mass as part of rehabilitation (replacement protein and energy levels)
• can be co-administered with either Multi Guard ® Sport, or any other formulas of Lamberts sports nutrition, depending on the needs of the athlete.

The powder is easily soluble and with a pleasant strawberry flavor.

Use: Add 4 scoops (100g) to 500ml of water or skimmed milk. For the best results use a blender.

It is recommended to receive one dose between the main meals. Two doses may be taken in periods of intense workout (eg preparation).
