Taking large doses of Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid can cause mild gastrointestinal disorders, especially in people with a history of gastrointestinal disorders.\u00a0In cases where it is necessary to take either high doses of Vitamin C or Vitamin C from people with an individual history of gastrointestinal disorders, Gentle Vitamin C is an excellent choice as this product provides vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate. a non-acidic and fully absorbable form of Vitamin.<\/span><\/p>\n
