It has antioxidant properties while maintaining the health of cells and blood vessels. Necessary smokers, increases the absorption of iron and helps to prevent the common cold<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin C in Health Aid is specifically formulated with Rosehips and Acerola which make the tablet not to irritate the stomach and is absorbed easily. Vitamin C is not stored in the body, so daily intake is necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Each 1000mg effervescent tablet contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)<\/p>\n<p>Use: Children 4-12 years one tablet daily.
