Apply a sufficient amount (equivalent to 2 mg/cm²) before sun exposure. Avoid the area around the eyes. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying. Using less than the recommended amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Ideally, keep children out of direct sunlight. When this isn’t possible, use sunscreen and wear a hat, shirt, and sunglasses. Limit sun exposure as much as possible, especially at midday.
