Note: These orders must be prepaid via credit/debit card to be confirmed. You may collect your order only after receiving an email notification, and not immediately or without prior notice.
Your order is reserved for collection from the store for 5 working days from the day you received the message. If it is not received within the above timeline, your order is automatically canceled without any commitment.
2. Box Now
This service allows delivery to an Automated Pickup Machine (Locker), with more than 2,000 locations available across Greece.
How It Works:
- Choose “Box Now” as your shipping method at checkout.
- Choose the desired “Box Now” Locker.
- When the parcel is dropped at the Box Now locker, you will receive an SMS with the PIN code that opens the door.
Shipping Costs:
- For orders up to 5 kg with maximum dimensions of 17cm x 45cm x 60cm:
– Orders under €49: Shipping cost is €2.50.
– Orders over €49: Free shipping.
Delivery Time: 1 business day from the shipping date.
3. Courier Delivery
Shipping Costs:
- For orders under €49 and up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is €3.00. Each additional kg incurs an extra charge of €1.00.
- For orders over €49 and up to 2 kg are shipped for free. If an order exceeds €49, a €3.00 discount is applied to the shipping cost.
For each order, the shipping cost is calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight of the product and the postal code of the delivery address.
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days.
During peak periods (holidays, special events), delivery may be delayed.
If a product is out of stock, processing time may range from 3 to 9 business days. Customers will receive an update via email or phone.

The courier service will inform you about your order’s delivery status via email, SMS, or phone call.
4. Transport Company

– Orders between 5 kg and 20 kg: Shipping cost is €5.00.
– Orders over 20 kg: An extra €5.00 charge applies per additional 20 kg. - Island Destinations:
– Orders between 5 kg and 20 kg: Shipping cost is €7.44.
– Orders over 20 kg: An extra €7.44 charge applies per additional 20 kg.
Delivery Time: 4-7 business days from the shipping date.
For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 3-4 business days.
