A necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g. Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Delivery Note, etc.), as well as to contact the service call center on 2316 017 912 before returning the product.
Defective Products / Wrong Products
In case of a defective product or the wrong product, contact the service center by calling 2316 017 912 to find out how to replace the product or refund its value.
Our Company will replace the product or refund you the value of the product if the conditions of the law are met and the terms of the Company’s return policy are respected.
Terms and methods of returning products
- The date of receipt of the order and the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
- The application must be made in writing by email to info@medncare.gr stating relevant details as well as a telephone number so that a member of our company can contact you for relevant clarifications.
- The product must not have been opened or used and must be in its original (factory) condition in which it was delivered to you and included in its original packaging. Once received, its condition will be checked and if it does not meet the above conditions, the return will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to our company.
- In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase document.
- Returns should be made with a courier company and not with the post office.
- Your refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
- In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.
Return at the request of the Customer
In case of product return at the customer’s request and if the above conditions are met:
- Τhe customer is solely responsible for the return transport costs and bank charges of €3.50.
- In any case, the value of the original shipping costs and any cash on delivery fee will not be refunded.
- In case the payment was made by credit card, there is no bank charge for the refund.
Note
Our online store medncare.gr reserves the right to legally cancel or modify its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.
In case of repeated returns by the consumer, medncare.gr reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right to replace our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (article 281 of the Civil Code).
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions are not met to accept the product return, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will bear the costs of packaging and shipping.
Important
- Baby milk products, baby creams, snacks and ready-made baby meals are not refundable.
- Changes to products that are part of an offer package are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced.
