You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Payment is made in cash to the courier company employee upon delivery of the products to your location (COD fee: €3).
Applicable only for shipments within Greece.
2. Debit / Credit Card:
We accept the following cards:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Maestro
When you enter your debit/credit card details, the bank charges the total amount of your order to secure the selected products. If any product is not immediately available, our order management team will contact you, and the amount for the unavailable item will be refunded. It takes three business days for your account to be updated and the refunded amount to become available again.
To ensure the highest level of security for online transactions via credit cards, payments made using debit/credit cards are processed through Eurobank’s electronic payment platform, which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
