In the event that some of the products in your order are not available, you can proceed either to cancel the specific order, or to send the remaining available products. For the products not available at the time of the order, there is no possibility of a new shipment at the charge of medncare.gr, but only at the charge of the customer.
Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email, so that you can tell us if you wish, under these conditions , the completion of your order.
