It is applied only to the exposed parts of the body, ie face, arms, legs and soles. Do not apply to the whole body.
Adults: 10.58ml = 10.90gr = 1 tbsp. 2 times a day
6-12 years: 5.87ml = 6.05gr = 1 kg. 1 time a day
2-6 years: 4.33ml = 4.46gr = 3/4 kg 1 time a day
1-2 years: 3.06ml = 3.15gr = 1/2 kg, once a day
0-1 years: 2.61ml = 2.69 gr = 1/3 kg, once a day
Application to children under 12 years of age should be done by an adult. In case of heavy sweating or after swimming, it should be applied again.
