Aniseed Oil, helps in addressing irritation of upper respiratory tract and hoarseness. Peppermint oil cools the sore throat. Honey and refreshing essential oils, in addition to their soothing properties, give to the syrup a pleasant taste, either consumed as such or in a hot beverage.
