- As an Intensive Care Mask: Apply a thick layer of Panthenol Extra Intensive Moisturizing Cream & Mask on hands and nails and leave on for 15 minutes. Then gently massage until it is absorbed or wipe. Repeat 1-2 times a week.
- As a Moisturizing Cream: Apply a sufficient amount of Panthenol Extra Intensive Moisturizing Cream & Mask in and out of your palms, as often as you want.
