Aqua (Water). Alcohol Denat, Glycerin, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Panthenol, Capsicum Annuum Fruit Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Leaf Oil, Menthol, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Oleate, Carbomer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide, Methyl Salicylate, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Dehydroacetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Eugenol, Limonene.
Apply a small amount of Panthenol Extra Μassage Cream, 3-4 times a day to the affected area and gently massage.
