Developed by midwives and pharmacists, Weleda Nursing Oil is a gentle natural formula created for nourishing and soothing breast massages prior to nursing. Pure, natural essential oils such as fennel, caraway and marjoram are traditionally used to support healthy lactation and stimulate milk flow. Weleda Nursing Oil can be used for regular breast massages. This type of massage can have a positive effect on the whole breastfeeding process. The oil can be applied from the 38th week of pregnancy on, several times a day.
How to use: Massage your breasts using small circular motions around the front and to the side of each breast. Avoid the nipple area.
