Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine contains high quality soy phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine belongs to the phospholipids and high concentrations of phosphatidylserine are found in the brain and nerve cell membranes. Modern eating habits such as low dietary fat intake and vegetarian diets can lead to inadequate phosphatidylserine intake. The average dietary intake of phosphatidylserine in modern times has been reduced from 250mg to 100-180mg per day.
Zinc has been added to Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine as zinc contributes * to normal cognitive function.
