Wearing instructions:
- Make sure the metal nose clip is facing up
- Put on the mask ans fasten the ear flaps
- Adjust the mask to fit the face completly
- Press the nose clip against the nose bridge
- Cover the mask with your hands, exhale, inhale and adjust the mask until no gas leaks out
