1. APPLICATION
Apply a sufficient amount 30 minutes before sun exposure.
2. MAXIMIZING EFFECTIVENESS
Reapply every 2 hours, as well as after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, using a generous amount to maintain the level of protection.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Avoid contact with clothing to prevent staining.
