What It Is: This invigorating toner formulated with Saw Palmetto, Mint and Salicylic Acid instantly reduces shine and removes excess oil. Leaves skin with a smooth, matte finish. For external use only. Avoid eye area.
We Formulate Without: Parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, formaldehyde, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), mineral oil, petrolatum, paraffin, diethanolamine (DEA), polyethylene beads.
HOW TO USE
Apply AM and PM after cleansing. Follow with appropriate serum and moisturizer.
