Hippocrates admired thyme for its healing properties. In ancient Greece they burned thyme as an offer to the gods while according to a legend it was born from the tears of the beautiful Helen. It is known antiseptic and respiratory therapeutic.

Usage
Use in aromatherapy:
- Cough and Nose running: add 2 drops of thyme essential oil to1/2 liter of boiling water and inhale until the vapours stop.
- Spiritual stimulation: add 6 drops of thyme essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.
- Oiliness, hair loss, dandruff: add 25 drops of thyme essential oil to100 ml of bay oil and massage the scalp.
- As a mouthwash for sensitive gums: add 1drop of thyme essential oil to 1 glass of water.
- Sore throat: add 1 drop of thyme essential oil to 1 glass of water and gargle2 times/day.
In cooking:
- Fish sauce: add 1 drop of thyme essential oil to 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
- Salads, Vegetables and Pasta: add 10drops of thyme essential oil to 500ml virgin olive oil.
Instructions for use with Security:
- Avoid eye contact.
- Do not consume them for internal use unless you have the advice of adoctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
