How to Use: Before sun exposure, apply a generous amount of sunscreen—about the length of one finger—onto your face and neck. Reapply frequently to ensure optimal sun protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.
Limit your time in the sun, even when using sunscreen, as excessive sun exposure can be harmful. Avoid direct sunlight between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight and dress them in protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, and t-shirts.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If sunscreen does get into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Using less than the recommended amount significantly reduces your level of protection.
