Korres – Red Grape Daily Sunscreen Face Cream Antiageing + Antispot SPF50 50ml

The Greek grape extract -part of our innovative Red Grape Stem Cell Antioxidant System- comes from the island of Santorini. Starved at the foot of the volcano, misted by the Aegean Sea, and growing into a basket-like cylinder to defend itself against the intense Greek sun and the harsh Cycladic winds, the Santorini grape is sustainably cultivated in arid volcanic-ash-rich soil. We source the marcs, the by-products of the cultivation, from the Union of Santorini Cooperatives/Santowine. It is the first time that the great volume of vinification by-products, instead of being discarded, is used to produce a cosmetic extract.

How to Use: Apply evenly onto face and neck, avoiding the eye area, at least 30 minutes before exposure to the sun. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling. In order to reach the protection level indicated by the sun protection factor, sunscreen products have to be applied in a quantity that is equal to 2 mg/cm² (approx. 1/3 teaspoon for the face and neck).

Warning: Not using the adequate quantity of sunscreen will lower the level of protection significantly. Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Wait until the product is fully absorbed, before you get dressed. Sunscreen products may cause stains on clothing.

Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight, use protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF higher than 25).
