Multi-Guard Pregnancy is a specialized multivitamin formula containing 23 micronutrients, designed by the Scientific Department of Lamberts and intended for women of reproductive age who:
• are hoping to conceive
• are currently pregnant
• or are in the breastfeeding period

Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Calcium Carbonate, Choline Bitartrate, Magnesium Oxide, Ascorbic Acid, Tablet Coating (Calcium Carbonate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Isomalt, Colour: Iron Oxides), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide & Stearic Acid), Ferrous Fumarate, Zinc Citrate, dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate, Humectant (Crosslinked Cellulose Gum), Nicotinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Cholecalciferol†, Inositol, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Copper Sulphate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Manganese Sulphate, Phylloquinone, Calcium-L-methylfolate, Chromium Picolinate, Cyanocobalamin, Sodium Selenite, Potassium Iodide, Biotin.

Allergies: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat allergens, barley, soy, eggs, milk (and milk derivatives), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish, or sulphites.

How to use:

Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Precautions: This product contains iron, and an overdose may be harmful, especially for young children. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Individuals taking oral anticoagulants should not take these tablets unless advised by their doctor. A yellow discoloration of the urine may occur—this is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Long-term intake of vitamin B6 may lead to numbness or tingling in the extremities.
