Lecithin is found in nature where fat and water coexist, thus it is considered a natural emulsifier. In nature, we find it in many foods of plant and animal origin, such as milk and soy. It was first isolated from egg yolk, from which it got its name, as in Greek lecithos is a synonym for egg yolk. Since then, its many beneficial properties have been revealed.

Lecithin 1200mg of the Classics Platinum Range series is of high purity, rich in the valuable phospholipids phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylinositol, derived from non-genetically modified soy.

Dosage: Take 1-2 capsules after meals
