Magnesium 375mg per tablet – Combination of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide with vitamins B

Effervescent tablets with lemon-lime flavor and with sweetener from stevia plant. Food supplement with magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12.

Magnesium, niacin and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal protein synthesis and muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Recommended Dosage: Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably before a meal, as a food supplement.

Free from: Sugar, gluten, lactose, preservatives, artificial colours.
